Thanks for leaving a review of your work experience at our Foster City office. While we’re disappointed that you had a less than positive experience, we value all feedback as that’s the only way we can continue to improve as a company. As you mentioned, we value the health and wellbeing of our employees, with our Open PTO as just one of the many perks to ensure all Indeedians are well rested and able to provide their best work, be it in creating products to providing the solutions and supported needed to clients. We are transparent in salaries for roles at Indeed, with salary ranges listed for all listed roles up to Senior Director on our careers page. With our Sales positions, the total compensation package is highly dependent on individuals reaching/exceeding their KPIs and quotas, which provides them with a very generous bonus. Our goal at Indeed is to provide all clients products and services that best suit their hiring needs, from premium job ads to full cycle recruiting. Each company’s staffing needs are different with the need for a wide range of options, especially now more than ever, so we are constantly learning and adjusting our processes to see what works best for both Indeed and the clients we support.
