We have internal training programs to ensure that we give employees the right tools to succeed, along with programs to support performance feedback to ensure fairness of those who advance in the company. We also understand product localization and customization is important and have cross-functional teams dedicated to these efforts. Through these sessions, employees are able to ask questions and have open discussions on challenges they face at work, along with providing feedback from clients so we can continuously improve our products as we further our mission of helping people get jobs.
