      Pros

      - The biggest pro is Indeed's tendency to promote from within. From day one, everyone is encouraged to shadow / interact with other teams and learn about other verticals. It's very easy to switch teams or get promoted based on merit. - Compensation/benefits are great! Food, happy hours, team events, etc. - Pretty much everyone is smart and someone to learn from - and I've never met anyone who works here who wasn't willing to help in some way - Constant training and keeping everyone up to speed on new products - Upper management is great about relaying new changes and goals

      - Cross-team communication could definitely be better

      office locations are great, and the perks are awesome. all the people that work at Indeed are typically really helpful, supportive, and nice. inspiring environment to be around. good work-life balance. unlimited PTO.

      not great direction with new products. growing internally can be challenging in certain areas of the business
