Cons

Highly distributed organization but centralized decision making in the US mainly. Silo organization make it sometimes difficult to communicate and promote ideas. Lots of free snacks and few incentives to go workout (no workout room or sponsored subscription).

- great benefits - excellent pay structure - great bonuses - Unlimited snacks, food and refreshments The sky is the limit here. If you want something done, you work hard and it will happen. Hard work here pays off and you are rewarded for it. The Senior Leadership team is top notch. For a 5,000 person company, you can have lunch with your CEO any day he is around. They are always there as a resource.
