This place has a properly toxic 'look at me' culture, where what you actually achieve takes a backseat to people showing off. I saw it myself: certain Senior Directors cared more about getting their faces in the newspaper and telling blatant lies about how they work and how they are dedicated to improving others, rather than doing anything useful to help anyone. Their way of leading was just about intimidating folks, offering no real support and actually making things harder for anyone who wasn't part of their little game
