      Pros

      - Open PTO policy - 6mo paid maternal and paternal leave for those who desire to be parents, including adoptions - Pay isn't the highest but is still competitive - Primary managers are often helpful and care about your success

      Cons

      - Higher level management changes rules of evaluations every quarter just before they're due, which makes it harder to get a promotion - Too many managers managing other managers - Bonuses are determined by company earnings now instead of purely performance

      The people I work with. I couldn't ask for any better

      The vast majority of SLT are new and have no idea what they are doing. Making major changes driving the company into the ground. I've never felt more like a number on a spreadsheet.
