Slow iteration cycles: If analysis takes too long to inform campaigns, it becomes obsolete by the time decisions are made.

Cons

Not what it used to be. Was always talked about with great praises from all the young people that worked there. Became very corporate with unreachable quotas to move the needle if the stock when there was a global hiring freeze still in affect from Covid fallouts. Laid off tons of people multiple times after claiming time and time again there have never been layoffs

Erratic senior leadership causing churn at lower levels...org-wide priorities are started without proper vetting, then abandoned. Seeming constant parade of re-orgs. Pay is not bad, but FAANG is far better. Extremely limited growth potential once you're staff engineer or equivalent,
