Pros

Indeed was a great place to work at, but it tried to do way too much, resulting in a poor, messy, user experience. This negatively impacted us as employees as well, as we were no longer aligned with the mission.

Cons

Leadership loves moving from one idea to another without fully thinking things through, especially how it impacts the cascading teams. There is barely enough time to establish projects before we are expected to pivot again due to a change in OKRs.

Pros

Team dynamics is good. Great WLB and health benefits

Cons

Upper management says they care but they don't have accountability. Seems during the layoffs some SLT where smiling and said they can't cut themselves during layoffs and Indeed needs them.

Pros

Chill Place to work Great WLB Nice People Unlimited PTO Free Virtual Counseling Effort in DEIB In comparison to other companies it's hard to complain and not sound whiny I would recommend starting your career here as they are very supportive, benefits are truly great, and people are helpful. Just do not stay more than 3 years (4 if you want vesting) - you'll become complacent. If you are more established, good place to come and stay loyal

Cons

Pay can become stagnant Career growth is not directly related to your scope of work (known as a PM, work as a PM, replaced by a PM in old team, still an APM) Business model isn't very innovative Performative leadership (but i guess they try) Works becomes boring after 2 years Since remote work boom, can feel alienating on team Currently with layoffs - morale isn't the best
