      Like a startup with a lot of money

      Pros

      Benefits, work life balance, the product was successful a long time ago and still generates a great deal of revenue

      Cons

      Lack of engineering process and accountability, many engineers are siloed, you have to find leads on what to work on in many departments vs. having clearly defined work. Not a very serious culture
