Engaged and driven team. Startup mentality which avoids all the beaurocracy. Everyone has a voice to shape the future. Want to invest and grow their employees.

Cons

Still looking to find some. Everyone is helpful and hope they continue what they are doing. Commute sometimes get difficult.

Cons

Leads CRM Software System Overall there are not many Cons at Indeed that you wouldn't find in any other Sales environments worldwide. As the company is growing there is natural teething of the changes implemented. Leads could always be better, but overall your job is to sell and the more time you spend on the phone the more opportunities you have to sell. Not any glaring cons, CRM system is inefficient at times but the company has identified this and has a plan in place to improve this.

Cons

Managers that force you to commit numbers to suite their sheet, Manager to preferes to send someone on probation to business trip and bring no revenue and still force the long term ae to bring in the revenue
