Pros

- The biggest pro is Indeed's tendency to promote from within. From day one, everyone is encouraged to shadow / interact with other teams and learn about other verticals. It's very easy to switch teams or get promoted based on merit. - Compensation/benefits are great! Food, happy hours, team events, etc. - Pretty much everyone is smart and someone to learn from - and I've never met anyone who works here who wasn't willing to help in some way - Constant training and keeping everyone up to speed on new products - Upper management is great about relaying new changes and goals

Cons

- Cross-team communication could definitely be better

More work to be done on globalization, particularly with their internal (non-engineering) operations being more scalable to ensures Indeed's culture has the same quality world wide.
