      Fun environment some excellent, hard-working individuals some departments great (Client Services), some troublesome (HR, Sales)

      loud, distracting environment cattiness hot and cold management (depending on moods or stress) poor HR department

      Good company culture, management comes from the bottom up so people know the product well. They train you well and put you in a position to succeed.

      Cons

      Could get boring, very robotic job. The metrics you must hit get quite difficult especially if you are on a team that does not have experience.
