We have a dedicated Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team that works closely with our senior leaders to embed DI&B across the business. One part of our approach to DI&B is our employee-led Inclusion Resource Groups (IRGs) that advocate for different communities within Indeed. We have just set up a new IRG for parents and caregivers to support and engage parents and those with caregiving responsibilities to ensure their professional and personal success.
