Great Company, but some department leaders could have more experience.

Culture, Unlimited PTO, WFH options, open to ideas, value employees, great work/life balance.

Cons

Favoritism, some managers/directors do not have enough experience, a lot of favoritism, major changes made with 1 day notice, over time is not given to anyone not on the companies mainline. Merit increases keep decreasing.

Call Centre Pressure chamber All the leads have been called and have already said no Have to do 60 dials and 100 minutes per day so you don't have time to write a personalised email to customers Your success here depends on the accounts you have been given Old reps have the best accounts so new reps best of luck! Recruiters really good at selling the perks and benefits. In reality these are just for the lazy CS reps to take advantage of Definition of Micromanagement
