      Pros

      Great coworkers who are immensely talented and deserve better.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. Job security is gone, perks have been eliminated, bonuses are not guaranteed no matter how good your performance is, management is out of touch, and the company goals are all over the place.

      - Open PTO policy - 6mo paid maternal and paternal leave for those who desire to be parents, including adoptions - Pay isn't the highest but is still competitive - Primary managers are often helpful and care about your success

      Cons

      - Higher level management changes rules of evaluations every quarter just before they're due, which makes it harder to get a promotion - Too many managers managing other managers - Bonuses are determined by company earnings now instead of purely performance
