You get to learn and have opportunities to work with big companies as infosys is very trusted consulting company in United growth

Cons

No growth financially once you are in. Really difficult to change once you are in project - as they want you stay where you are even if you don't like the project. Either you have to come up with offer from another company to make them do something for you.
