Pros

the people. tAlented, hardworking people with amazing personalities. designers, project managers and project team members working oVertime to just make something work, just to cater for the overloaded work that upper manaGement badly planned fOr. They are deFinitely know how to fight to make something work.

Cons

upper management: where can I start ? The sense of not being in toUCh with your own staff is actually insane. The amount of feedbacK that YOU get Regularly on what kind of thingS going wrong within the company and no rEaL action taking place is just utterly ludicrus. To a point that peopLe are giving up and leaving the company, we have lost/losing a lot oF gooD people. bb Is losing what it stands for, i think infosys is Causing a lot of damage to what we do, stop acting liKe the own you. The amount of "talent" they sent us is just terrible, you need a better vetting process to establish that they actually know what tHEy Are Doing. hr is always struggling to find good talent because of your actions, so we have to use contractors to help us doing our, but even that you cant retain. the promotion of 7 Men and only one woman thing has really made me speechless, what were you thinking ? no actual conversation takes place with the staff about what we could approve as a company, we just get "positive news" yes we just got this job from somewhere etc.... And when the staff actually come to you directly to talk about the bad things, they get punished for it and handled. space: after a long time waiting, we have finally moved to bower building (the promised land) however i am personally annoyed with the no dog policy, how everyone feel a bit more isolated than when we were in WeWork. For some strange reason we still have a space issue, specially when we have perfect space downstairs and that is "to be used by clients when they come over", you must be joking.

Pros

*some really nice people. Nothing else to add, I did feel an enormous sense of freedom and relief when I left that toxic organisation.

Cons

*extremely unprofessional behaviours in the senior partners in the UK. There is one female partner who acts as of she owned Infosys who unashamedly takes credit for the achievements of others and bullies everyone who challenge her Another senior partner has an incredibly inappropriate behaviours to women. Your performance rating will not depend on your actual performance but on your ability to build great relationships with these 2 individuals. *toxic environment with institutionalised behaviours * if you are not in the inner circle, you will get the worst engagements and will have zero support from leadership *unsupportive organisation - performance management resembles the Hunger Games *extremely political organisation. * very unprofessional HR

Pros

1.If you are in product maintenance & development (PMD) group of finacle the only pros is for those who love to work,as there is not shortage of it, and you can totally immerse urself into it and forget everything around you. 2.Gain experience of working on product development, in small, large and dependent teams, a good overall experience for freshers. 3. If you are in FNSP, the finacle support group , you can be onsite in 6 months and for those who dont want too much work off-site will provide you exactly what you wanted. 4. There are other groups as well like CRM and WMS, those i dont have much idea about, but in terms of work load nothing beats PMD.

Cons

1. Learning would be limited to finacle and its architecture.Tools and frameworks that you will learn to use work only for finacle. 2. Not much demand for fiancle experience outside. 3.High pressure work all the times, out of one project to another, work pressure will always be there. 4. stretched timings for projects.
