      Pros

      ● Good availability of projects ● Remote working possible, offices in many Tier 2 cities ● In the beginning of the career promotions are quite regular ● Health & life insurance options are quite good and generous

      Cons

      ● They are not a paymaster as per industry standards ● Hikes are literally peanuts, sometimes even zero ● Sometimes bench period is quite high ● Resource swapping between projects is quite high, sometimes people don't get enough opportunity to learn the client business or a particular technology to upskill themselves

      Pros

      Staying in bench for long time will not effect our job but even that is uncertain now a days. People are getting fired if they are on bench.

      Cons

      Working as senior associate consultant around 4 years at Infosys. we are not getting enough pay as per industry standards and the work pressure is high WE are getting hybrid mode of work . Even managers will ask to work from home if project demands or else it's very difficult even to get exception to WFH even for our personal needs.
