You will keep getting paid even if you are not actively working on project. Use that time wisely to improve your skills to move on to another company.

Cons

If there are no projects in your area , they do not care and will send you off to another state for another project.

They're very stable though that depends on your department and Manager. Good Benefit .

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism and racism if you're not Asia-Indian. The Indians mostly look out for themselves. The pay is a bit below average.
