      The people are very friendly.

      Cons

      Very large and bureaucratic so you have to jump thru a lot of hoops (systems) to get anything done internally. The online systems leave a lot to be desired in relation to UI/UX. Not really geared to moving people to other higher paying positions. When you are hired for a particular position, you still have to get hired by the client company at that level, even if you have knowledge and skills to do a higher level job somewhere else.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities. Flexible work and training hours. Friendly kind managers who care about their employees

      Cons

      Being on the bench was nerveracking as I had not been out of work since college and I was over 50. But it beats not being paid (unemployed). I used this time to improve my skills. Also in this situation it’s good to be open and flexible. So I was open to all kinds of IT work not just what I had been doing. Their pay is on the low side but as I said this was an entry into the SF market for me
