**Beautiful campus **Excellent Training Facility in Mysore **Work from home for 9 days in a month.

Cons

**No Work-life balance. **No Transparency in the process of Promotion/Salary Revision. **Transportation fee. **MLVP fee (Seriously??? Should I have to park in another company if I come to work here?) **I had to give my resignation just to get my promotion (since there is no clear transparency on what basis the promotions are rolled out). The common answer any employee will hear from his/her manager is "No Slot Available". But the slot magically becomes available once you submit your resignation. **Zero Bench by TPD (Ruining Employee's career)

Great Opportunities with Clients but Outdated processes and technology within Infosys

Access to work with Top Fortune 100 clients. Decent pay and benefits but you'll have to fight with HR for it.

Cons

-HR onboarding feels like it was put together in from the early 90's and stayed the same -Systems: intranet, accessing email, helpdesk, etc. are designing poorly without efficient UI. Very difficult to login and find resources. - Management and administration who are onsite at the client are not resourceful and helpful. They do not respond to your emails and when you meet with them they just acknowledge but do not execute any solutions - The company is very much an Indian cultured business. - Career opportunities are very limited within Infosys unless you are a favorite Indian employee
