Pros

No pros. Just glad I made some good friends (we all left)

Cons

- Bad leave policy, upper management will print out the entire cal and check through everyone’s leaves and MC and count it in private instead of speaking to each individual - Upper management preaches about WLB and WFH benefits, however WFH is “not allowed” and you’ll be shunned and talked about if you happen to take it that week. You are also expected to give up your weekends for work and to work late till 9pm as we are a “team”. In this company, the company should come first, and you don’t put the company first, you are seen as a bad employee. - Upper management / Project Leaders will welcome new joiners to the project with open arms and openly share that everyone has a right to choose which project / vertical they want to be involved in. However, once you voice out your preference, that very project leader will say you are not fit to be a consultant as you are “not flexible” and will constantly put you down and talk about you in their own native language. (Hindi in this case) - Basically there’s barely any variety in projects, you’ll probably directly go to SCB at Changi for work 6/7 days a week with no say. - This job gave me anxiety with a terrible pay - You work hard for no yearly increment and no recognition. Each promotion will probably only give you a few extra hundreds.

Pros

Projects CAN be fulfilling if managed correctly, which is rare and has not been my experience.

Cons

• HR escalation is ineffective — Reported concerns, including discrimination issues, were not meaningfully investigated or resolved. Responses were slow, procedural, and ultimately unhelpful. • Lack of support when reporting discrimination — When raising concerns related to racial bias, HR provided no clear guidance, advocacy, or follow-through, leaving issues unresolved. • Travel & expense reimbursement failures — I am currently owed over $1,000 in legitimate, documented travel expenses that remain unpaid after repeated follow-ups. • Poor coordination between HR and Travel teams — HR was unable or unwilling to assist in resolving Travel reimbursement issues, resulting in employees being left to self-advocate with no clear owner. • No accountability or ownership — Issues are passed between departments without resolution, timelines, or escalation paths. • Employee impact is deprioritized — Financial and ethical concerns raised by employees do not appear to be treated as urgent or serious. This may vary by region or team, but this was my direct experience.
