Second star – Work model:
I considered giving 2 stars, but the company’s decision to shift from a full work-from-home model to a hybrid setup during the last two months of my notice period was poorly timed and inconsiderate. That alone cost them the second star.
Third Star – Fair Compensation:
There is no recognition for extra hours worked—no overtime pay, no shift allowances, no compensatory offs. Appraisals are either negligible or non-existent, and promotions seem like a distant dream. The company does a poor job of evaluating and rewarding employees based on their actual contributions.
Fourth Star – Work Culture:
The work culture is far from healthy. Many members of upper management have been with the company for over a decade, but unfortunately, their leadership reflects outdated practices and a mindset focused more on exploitation than employee growth or well-being.
Fifth Star – Overall Experience:
While I may sound harsh, my overall experience has not been positive. There are serious systemic issues here that hold back both individual growth and organizational progress. The company needs to reevaluate how it treats talent if it hopes to retain and nurture it.
