Pros
They have in house courses and training for most everything you'll be doing.
Cons
The pay is poor and they take advantage of people who want to get their foot in the door in the IT space. You are simply a number here and even workers that they brought in from India expressed their lack of pay and poor treatment. They took me and trained me in house and basically told the company I would be working for that I was much more qualified and experienced than what was on my resume. That's fine, I learned to do my job quickly and I did it well. However, I was doing the job of what is essentially a network engineer and getting paid $15 an hour to do so. If I had applied to that position direclty with the company, I'd be making $90k-$120k per year. The company is making money off of my low wages and giving me scraps.
