Pros

Fairly good 4 week training

Cons

Once training is over the supervision of calls is not good. Agents are often left unsupervised with angry customers and are unsympathetic. If a customer ever wants to speak to the manager, the managers will tell you to sort it out yourself - which customers obviously find frustrating. You are allowed only 90 seconds between each call ideally and if your average is over you will be called up on it

Pros

You can get experience here because they will take anyone.

Cons

Lowest pay legally allowed. Overtime rate same as standard rate, which is legal minimum rate. No benefits of any kind. No pay raises. Even promotions only mean more responsibility with scant pay. Stressful job with high performance expectations and the worst compensation legally permitted. Leadership is the quality you would expect for the niggardly pay and compensation they get.
