Once training is over the supervision of calls is not good. Agents are often left unsupervised with angry customers and are unsympathetic. If a customer ever wants to speak to the manager, the managers will tell you to sort it out yourself - which customers obviously find frustrating. You are allowed only 90 seconds between each call ideally and if your average is over you will be called up on it
