Pros

Friendly and fun atmosphere to work in .team leaders very helpful and friendly. Once you get to know the systems and are a people person with empathy and like working in a fast paste target driven company you will do well

Cons

Very hard to get time off .calls are constant. Half hour lunch and 15min break with 10min personal. Schedules are constantly changing without notice . Can be a very stressful job at times as you have to deal with very angry customers.be peppered for constant system errors
