      Pros

      It was good initially to be a part of this organization. As a lateral, people are given good pay package and good role. Good if you don't want to stay in there for long.

      Cons

      Many of 'em 1. Bad HR policies (none of them favor the employee!) 2. Loyalty is not at all rewarded; people with less experience joining as a lateral have higher position and better pay than you.. 3. Annual compensation is as good as peanuts
