      good work environment. Good company to begin with. freshers can opt for this as a beginner. Good Onsite opportunities in this company.

      less salary...long time to wait before you get to the next significant role due to the change in org structure

      Open culture at junior and mid-manager level Good infrastructure of the offices with pay-and-use facilities good enough brand to work for the brand is diluting faster

      Lack of leadership bureaucratic (called there as process driven) Human resource management is neither owned by the HR or the line managers

      Pros

      Excellent Infrastructure, gives you the feeling that you're part of something huge. Young workforce makes you feel that you're still in college.

      Cons

      Absolutely shoddy middle-management! Nature of work is a result of chance. Most managers have absolutely no idea about what's happening. If you end up in one of those "challenging" projects, you are expected to work in a constant, fire-fighting mode, sometimes spanning many years.
