      Pros

      Good Place to work. If you negotiate well, you can get good package as well. Work timings can increase depending up on the project.

      Work timings can increase depending up on the project. Though transparent still it doesn't help much with hikes and promotions.

      Pros

      Campus have all the facilities. Process is followed for each and every task.

      Cons

      To maintain the average of 9.15 hours is really disappointing policy. Increments are very less as compared to market standards. Onsite rotation is very bad.
