      Somewhat transparent review process long term onsite opps. consideration to personal considerations approachable senior management if you want green card, they can file for you

      Cons

      Indifferent management. Company too big for professional growth , sometimes you are lost too many verticals and horizontals so company within company and politics process overhead

      Pros

      Some very good CSR initiatives. The facilities are very good, par with any other best company you name. you'll get to work out a lot walking around in office. It'll be a huge place which ever DC you go.

      Cons

      If you are OK and can live with the way services companies operate, you will do good. but never expect these companies to be as good or satisfying as the product companies. Many times, its not in your hands what kind of work you do. Very less freedom in being able to choose your platform. no point fighting with those stupid policies.

      Its very interesting to work with different kinds of people at infosys as infy has got diverse background at work

      schedules are very hectic some time which makes you unable to have a very good work life balance which is very important
