      Pros

      Overall work culture is good. Processes are very much in place whether Visa, travel etc. A feel good factor of a family/close knit group. Not authoritative bosses. Good salary when compared to other indian IT companies in US. Though indian salary may not be. Adjustable environment. A secure feeling when compared to lay off probabilities in other companies.

      Cons

      While the Pros pretty much potrays a general outlook of Infosys,there are some units which behave almost reverse. So it is really about your luck where you land up , under which kind of boss and at what time i.e if the unit is making good revenue or not. Overall culture tends to be workaholic, late nights etc..but at the same time some go getter folks tend to get time off much easier than others. Appraisals not always fair. Salary in India is not that good. Some of Infosys HR/immigration/compensation policies are really stupid & frustrating. e.: reduction in onsite salary if u k to offshore and come onsite. There is this frustrating policy for promotions where minimum 8 years for becoming a PM etc.
