      Pros

      Good place to start career with excellent exposure in terms of resposibilities, client interaction and quality processes. Though IRace has been demonized but in my opinion is a step in right direction as this will help delivery folks to enhance technical skills

      Cons

      Some of the policies defy common sense: 9.25 when 60% projects are fixed price, dress code???, no medical coverage for parents, will not consider income tax declaration at 100% and salaries are pathetic

      Excellenrt place to learn new skills Great place to work with others on project teams Interesting SME's from actual industry experience Good plaxce to learn skills and then move on

      Cons

      Terrible pay and a sustandard benefits package Evaluations are non-existant or "off the cuff" New idea are not encouraged unless suggested by a favored few Very limited time off If you are liked, you are in; if not , you are really an outsider

      Good for fresher because they don't have an option.

      Cons

      Pay is hopeless. Middle management has a very bad attitude. HRD talks great but the reality is different.
