      Pros

      best infrastructure provided to the employees, good salary package, good reputation in the market, brand value is good, very goodlearning experience

      Cons

      not employee friendly, tedious workinh hours, large work force so not much favours for employees, risk for non IT students during training since maximum layoffs are during its training.

      Pros

      It's a small consulting firm but with the large client base of the parent company, so there is a great range of opportunity to learn and grow rather than being pigeonholed to a certain narrow practice like at some of the bigger competitors. Senior management is very approachable, transparent and competent. The performance management process is also very thorough and transparent. Facilitation of work/life balance is relatively good for consulting, too.

      Cons

      Administrative processes are a disaster and expense reimbursements are slow

      Pros

      Infosys is a fun place to work especially for freshers. It is rightly called "fresher's paradise". the training is really great and takes you a long way.

      Cons

      Initially salary is comparatively less. since the company is so huge, growth is really slow and there is lot of competition.
