Pros

Learned to never settle for mediocre consultancy companies that paint themselves to be more than what they really are.

Cons

I thought it would be a great opportunity to get my foot in after changing careers, but it only made my coding rusty since they didn't have enough client projects to go around. On top of that, you're thrown right in the deep end, and have to look for your own projects. You're set up to fail. Instead of sharpening and mastering your existing skills, they make you complete all sorts of courses you don't even end up using. When you fail to get on a client project after a certain time, they terminate you at-will.

Pros

Extensive Infrastructure: The company offers a large and well-maintained office space. Variety of Dining Options: There are numerous food courts available, providing a wide range of meal choices. Convenient Transportation: Reliable transportation services are offered, making commuting easier for employees. Supportive Environment for Women: The workplace is considered a safe and respectful space for female employees, with a focus on their well-being.

Cons

Unresponsive Management: There seems to be a lack of focus on addressing employee concerns, with managers often prioritizing their own interests. Top-level management tends to be more business-centric, and at times, commitments made by managers (whether verbal or written) may not be upheld. Employee Exploitation: There is a tendency to prioritize company growth over the well-being and development of employees. Challenging Work Environment: The workplace culture can feel toxic and unsupportive. Limited Bonus and Salary Increment: Bonuses are rarely given, and the salary hike after one year is usually minimal, around 2-3%. Lack of Employee Recognition: Hard work and dedication of employees often go unnoticed and unappreciated. Onsite Aspirations Over Merit: Some managers seem to focus on their personal aspirations for onsite opportunities rather than supporting their team effectively. HR also appears resistant when it comes to approving salary hikes. Unfair Treatment: The infrastructure and brand image of the company are prioritized at the expense of employee satisfaction. Additionally, there is a tendency for managers to band together when targeting or undermining an employee. Not a good company for growing Professionals.

Pros

Work Life Balance Opportunities for Learning Exposure to Fortune 500 Accounts

Cons

Company doesn’t have multicultural approach to business but predominantly Indian. You are expected to adjust to their culture and way of doing things. You don’t have hands on training - but theoretical one which is good but afterwards you are left on your own to figure things out. Huge information hoarding is present and people work in silos. If you are lucky to get a good manager you have chances of promotion and progress and if not you will be forever stuck in toxic situations, treated like an office assistant and barely getting an exposure to information or customer.
