Pros

If you are a new graduate, it is a good company to work for as they hire many students from campus. But get out as soon as you find a better opportunity. Employee attrition rate is nearly 20%.

Cons

Benefits are not good. If you are at senior principal, you can manage to get a good salary and bonus deals. Otherwise, get out of Infosys as soon as possible. Employee attrition rate is nearly 20%. Senior management talks about it, But don't do anything about it.

Pros

Good company for those who can't get a job elsewhere straight out of university. Have a three month training that is fairly good for basic programming. Depending on what project you get, can learn a lot within the company. I had a good project for 4-5 months. Good learning platform.

Cons

Be prepared to relocate, or defend your decision not to, if working out of a hub in the US. They are trying to transition to mainly hubs, but you will still be pressured to relocate by managers. Your learning depends on the project you get. Management doesn't really care about you, so you have to fight within the organization to accomplish things. Infosys is an Indian IT company, and while they are trying to transition to the US more, be prepared to work offshore hours and be on call if your managers need you.

Pros

arrive to work whenever you feel like it, get paid for 6 months to ride the bench doing NOTHING

Cons

Instead of placing you on a new a project once your old one was done they keep hiring new people to fulfill the promises they made the State of Indiana so they get all the tax breaks. They then keep letting folks go. All management decisions are still made in India.
