      Pros

      They do not treat those at the bottom as glorified notetakers- you can learn a lot if you wish to take the opportunity. The work in many projects is very cool. The people working at the firm are fantastic and smart. The office space is great as well and the consultants have a great culture.

      Cons

      The pay for those at the bottom of the hierarchy is far below market level. Promotions for those at the bottom happen often between 2.5-3.5 years, far below market avg.

      only pros is yheir big campuses which pratically are of no use for an employee, its just waste of govt land which they buy very cheaply on the name of SEZs

      Cons

      Infosys makes Fake commitments, they will make umpteen promises to you if you are the only resource working for the project, they will stoop down to any level to make you deliver critical projects and later thry will throw you out, whether if you or not doesnt matter, 9.15 hrs in system is what mayters to them
