It is a toxic culture with people either yelling or ghosting, communication is nonexistent. I was paid $137,500; the same job was relisted after my departure advertises a salary of $118,000, If you plan to work at this firm, ask for $137,500 as a Senior Consultant and don't settle for less

Very bad management and very disappointing career growth you can’t expect a hike of even 2% per year if you join as lateral and every alternate year they differ the hikes, Senior managers and above folks enjoy all the benefits and hikes but mid and above mid level hard working employees who are asked to slog like anything day and night doesn’t get anything, if you quit they will offer you visas and on-site biscuits but even that on-site won’t materialise you will sit forever just to get your visa stamped, only people who knows buttering will survive here, worst work culture I’ve ever seen.
