Pros
Infosys is a good company as a career launch pad. The trainings and the brand name sure helps you enhance your career - not inside but in other companies. Also it provides nice facilities for relaxing - the lawns, the greenery and the infrastructure.
Cons
Except for the infrastructure and the brand name, there is nothing else to feel good about. The salaries makes you cry in frustration, a clear observer can sure understand that the management encourages hero worshiping and boot licking for allocating onsite opportunities and good projects.
