      You are in control of your leads and manager. Cant move to another domain/technology until your manager release you .

      They're very stable though that depends on your department and Manager. Good Benefit .

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism and racism if you're not Asia-Indian. The Indians mostly look out for themselves. The pay is a bit below average.
