Proud to work in a world class company with lots of facilities and Infrastructure Process oriented , for everything there is a well laid process.
Cons
Salary is not on par with the Infosys standards and loads of policies that would frustrate you. Promotions are very difficult to get and its a complicated process . In order to get rid of employees who are getting promoted they launched IRACE . Growth is very slow and low .. Managers are duffers they really dont have any knowledge on anything Technology is dying day by day due to lack of technical expertise in the projects Every day they will lauch a new Policy for something or the other which will frustrate employee Average working hours is the Stpid policy i've ever heard List goes on and on ..
