      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere- no pressure to keep learning to enhance your skills.

      Cons

      Low growth opportunities -low compensation -Uses old technologies- very few departments use latest technologies and the remain domains are stuck up with legacy tools-Come out of the company and see what more serious companies are upto,You wil get to know you literally dint learn much the years you spend there.You will learn the industry process and procedures ,but not technologies. -Too much autonomy to managers.They are like kings. Play according to their wimps are you are safe.

      > A good place to work. > Can easily maintain work life balance. > Can build a very large network. > No fixed get in and out times. Just need to maintain quarterly average. > Various co curricular activities which includes cultural, technical and sports that makes the company an energetic workplace.

      Cons

      > Less number of annual leaves provided. > Not a uniform Salary hike. Overall hike is a bit low and at the same time it depends on various factors like the unit we work, our manager, our performance etc. > Higher studies policy has lot of constraints.
