Horrible new policies, fixed work time of 9:15 per quarter, some times work life balance takes hit based on projects /unit in which one works

Infosys has a great work place and environment. The training they give is one of the best. If you like to be in software development/testing, it is one of the best places.

Cons

Its too big. The number of employees is enormous. Some of the employess will be on bench for a long time before they get projects

The place has excellent infrastructure and the processes for employee management are very streamlined. Good facilities available such as gym, pool.

Cons

The formal dress code, hard as nails time requirements, the insufficient compensation and the not having the ability to choose the work you want to do.
