From Junior Level to Leadership everyone seems in the same boat, nobody is highly experienced so no one is able to audit your work.

Cons

-Unbearable culture. -no work Ethics. -PM/TPM even principal consultants doesn't know how to connect to db and do select all. They sounds like referral based or fake candidates with fake experience. -a Hostile workplace/Environment for muslim employees.
