      Very good exposure to professional world. Learn how to handle situations under stress and helps to nurture all the hidden talents of an individual.

      Cons

      Biasing exists on the basis of one's job level. No salary hike or bonus for the past four years. Not a flat organization

      Pros

      Infosys training is immaculate and impeccable.

      Cons

      Salary offered is inversely propotional to the time spend in the company. You will get a higher package and more oppurtunities to learn when you come back to Infosys after working for few years with other company. But if you continue to work in Infosys for a long time, you will find yourself at a low postion when compared with your other college-mates or school-mates.
