      I can't think of anything good about the 2.5 year I work for them.

      Cons

      Had 5 different managers in 2.5 years. I think, it was hard to tell because the management structure was always changing. Had 1 or 2 project managers that didn't know anything about networking. They just ran reports on trouble tickets closed.

      Pros

      Work from home most of the time. Office in Richardson is a nice office.

      Cons

      You will not get hands on training and instead the company will just expect you to watch hours and hours of training videos that are not all up to date and then management makes you take multiple cases at a time when you are not ready. Pay is low/average for the work you are doing. I did not meet the people in the same team as me as they are all in different locations.
