Pros

Nothing but their awesome campus at Mysore. Otherwise everything is sheet as software.

Cons

They literally make use of you not to engineer your thoughts but to work in a mindless environment. And also its better if they take Bsc, BCA or Diploma people to carry on Java,OS,Mainframe and other worthless softwares and teach them the same. Dont spoil careers of bright engineers(non-CSE).

Pros

Amazing Work Culture. Very professional and yet easy to maintain a good relationship with colleagues. Fantastic Campuses with good facilities.

Cons

As a fresher, no salary growth for almost 2 years. You get half salary during training, about 70% after for an year. 100% of promised salary after 1.5 years of employment with the company, till you are confirmed. Next appraisal cycle in 6 months.. If you're working, you'll work all day and you could also end up on Bench for as long as 6 months.

Best training program: Infosys is the second largest IT company in India with more than 100,000 employees. There is no heirarchy in the company.Management takes proper care of the employees concerns.

Cons

working "global hours", ancient corporate culture.
