Good Campus, ample amenities inside the campus (it matters), no mismanagement of employees since they deal with huge number, there is a process and timeline for everything

Cons

Huge number of employees shows an impact on your salaries as you get average but not below average, if you have work it is huge, if not then it is very less, so a sense of imbalance in work distribution
