Pros

Great Foundation Program that gets you familiarized with a programming language, database manipulation and web app development. Well paid position as a trainee.

Cons

Personally I didn't have any bad experiences on Infosys. The only con I may point is dress code: it should be casual everyday, but that's just an opinion; really didn't mind going with shirt and tie.
