Pros

1. A lot of learning in your first 6 months.

Cons

1. The company is too massive, no one comes back to you when you have questions. 2. A lot of the online learning is out of date. 3. There's no real direction and you're left alone with no guidance. 4. You're judged on whether you can pass exams, rather than being able to build programs. 5. The exam questions are written in long-winded formats that don't make any sense. 6. You're expected to be fluent in software languages after 2 weeks of "training". 7. You're stuck on "the bench" if you don't get on to projects. 8. The pay is terrible.
