"Never did I clear an exam and was so disappointed with the result. Initially I was feeling sorry for my friends who couldn't clear it but after clearing and going through what I went I could only envy over their luck. Just a scam company with utter incompetence, good for frauds who just want a company tag as you can know nothing about anyThing and still get paid with bonuses. And unfortunately if you are even slightly competent, beTTer be ready to do your peers work as well. There are super pretentious people as well who just want to get things done even If it is not possible within a timeframe. It's a COMmon fact of People getting bonuses, for me I got my phone destroyed After installing their recommend apps for work. And this for being, not leaving during training period, considering the incompetent management as the teaching staff still did their best within timeframe. The freshers who were a part of batch seems so out of touch with technology were doing their best terrible behaviour and terrible practices to clear exams. But again completing 15 software topics for 12 mcqs in a month where your salary+bonus is dependent on result is the best way to cut off a candidates fair chance at winning. aNY way after going through all that they gave me a job where you had just to fill forms and called it testing, that was it .The employees who worked earlier on the same project even choose another field to work later. Had to go through multiple therapeutic sessions to have my mind stability. So for a fresher and doesn't plan on anything for future and seems all roads are blocked, then only choose this else it's a trap unless you are extremely lucky. This for systems engineer apparently they just found a fancy word in internet, decided to use it as the profile is not close to real but something they want to stick on to your head. Even employees working their post it in their internal social platform on how they have been for years working there and no salary raise compared to ones they are fetching from other companies, undermining their own talent. Unfortunately from what I observed salary raise is for incompetent and scammers at work, I wish I could give negative stars to prove how bad it was working there as I lost my interest in this field, Seeing all my efforts go to vain. "
